DP World joins the Terminal Industry Committee 4.0 (TIC4.0)
The non-profit standardization association warmly welcomes one of the port industry’s leading players: DP World. Both entities have announced this collaboration just in time for TIC4.0’s General Assembly, coinciding with the Container Terminal Automation Conference (CTAC) in Valencia, Spain.
DP World will participate in TIC4.0’s internal working groups, comprising leading industry experts, to promote and jointly develop standards aimed at advancing the digitalization of ports and logistics to new heights.
The TIC4.0 community and DP World celebrate this partnership and eagerly anticipate the commencement of fruitful collaboration!

ABOUT TIC4.0
Terminal Industry Committee 4.0 (TIC4.0) is a non-for-profit association whose goal is to promote the creation of digital standards (available for download here) for the port industry. Since its inception in 2018, the association has already been joined by more than 50 worldwide companies, ranging from terminal operators to digital solution providers, and has published 10 technical publications. Furthermore, it is involved in R+D operations through EU-funded projects, the projects MISSION, SEAMLESS and FOR-FREIGHT being its current developments. Lastly, TIC4.0 actively participates in conferences and other events to disseminate its results. DP World joins the Terminal Industry Committee 4.0 (TIC4.0) as the latest member of the association.
Currently, the Belgian-based association operates from two locations: Brussels and Valencia.
